Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the details needed to turn up at the right place, at the right time, and clean the right car. We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the booking form, we collect:

• Your name — so we know who we are meeting
• Phone number and email — to confirm the appointment and tell you when we are on the way
• Street address, town and ZIP — because we drive to you; without it there is no service
• Vehicle details — so we bring the right equipment
• Service, add-ons and preferred date and time — the booking itself
• Anything you type into the notes field — access instructions, a gate code, what is wrong with the car

That is the entire list. There is no hidden field and nothing is optional-but-actually-required. Fields marked optional genuinely are.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment card details through this website. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics or social media pixels on this site. We do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Where it goes

Booking details are stored in a private spreadsheet that only we can access, and are emailed to the crew covering your area. Confirmation emails are sent to you frombook@supermobilecardetailing.online.

The services that make this possible — our website host, our email provider and the spreadsheet — can technically access data passing through them, as is true of any website. We choose established providers and we do not grant them permission to use your information for their own purposes.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with third parties for marketing. The only exception is if we are legally required to disclose something, which has not happened and we do not anticipate.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records so we know your vehicle's history when you come back — which genuinely helps, because we can see what was done last time. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete your record.

Text messages and calls

We use the number you give us to confirm your appointment, tell you when we are arriving, and follow up about the job. That is service communication, not marketing. If you would like us to stop contacting you, tell us and we will.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

If you use the location chooser, your choice is stored in your own browserusing local storage, so we do not have to ask again on every page. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it, and the "change your location" link in the footer resets it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Emailbook@supermobilecardetailing.online or call either number below and we will handle it. There is no form and no fee.

Children

This site is intended for adults booking a service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
